In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply: No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. During the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, neighbor's or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns.
