Take a short walk to the lake This lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is set across 2 levels and features a private courtyard area that sits just off the living area. The master bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom with a toilet, shower and separate bath. The main bathroom has a shower and toilet, and there is also a separate toilet downstairs. Bedding configuration is: Master Bedroom: 1x Queen. Second Bedroom: 1x Queen. Third Bedroom: 1x Double Bed & 1x Single Bed. Wifi and SKY Tv are included – this includes SKY Sport. Well-equipped kitchen, and open-plan living/dining area to make for easy entertaining. Single garage can be used to park a vehicle, or to store bikes, sports gear etc. No hidden costs! But there is even more to this house than the incredible sunsets that you will be treated to on a clear evening. Step inside to a fully self-contained brand new kitchen, dining and lounge area. All of which opens seamlessly out onto the large sun soaked front deck. Downstairs you will find a further two bedrooms, rumpus room with a second TV, bathroom and laundry. And I am sure you won’t see the kids until they are hungry, they will be busy mastering new tricks on the in ground Olympic sized trampoline, or they could be immersed in imaginary play in the purpose built playhouse that is tucked away in the bushes, or riding the skate ramp beneath the deck. The options are unlimited. If relaxing is on the agenda you can choose from the front deck or move downstairs to the alfresco patio area, light the outdoor fire and keep the Vino flowing. The spa pool is an added bonus to enjoy after a day on the slopes or getting out and about in Taupo. The house is located just a short walk to the lake, local fish n chip shop and the popular Mole & Chicken restaurant & bar. This spacious, modern home was given the name 'Bayview' due to the stunning views of the bay which can be enjoyed from the hot-tub, large sun-deck, all 4 bedrooms, both living areas and dining area. Located just across the road from the pristine shores of Lake Taupo, Bayview is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the company of loved ones. Soak in the hot-tub, or walk down the driveway and cross the street to dip your toes in the lake! This newly renovated home can sleep up to 12 guests. Due to the bedding configuration - we allow no more than 10 adults per booking. There are 3 bathrooms including the private ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom. You are only a couple of minutes walk to the 2 Mile Bay Cafe which is a fantastic spot right on the lake that serves drinks and delicious wood fired pizza! Bedding configuration is – 3x Queen, 1x Single, 2x Sets of bunks (Single over Double, and Single over Single), 1x Single Floor mattress (the floor mattress, and top bunks are only suitable for children. For this reason we allow no more than 10 adults per booking). If you require bedding for the floor mattress, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Special conditions: Please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. This house is strictly not suitable for events or parties. Only the number of guests on your reservation are permitted at the property.
