    Clean, friendly, good views

The room was immaculate and the staff very attentive and friendly. The hot tub and pool were great as not many other hotels in Queenstown have these. Location is a 15min walk from town, but it’s a nice walk along the lake shore.

    The Best!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Heritage Queenstown. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite, with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Although we had a couple of minor glitches, we found that everyone we encountered provided exceptional service, every little thing we needed was tended to immediately. The concierge desk was extremely helpful and professional in setting up excursions and reservations. Breakfast was included with our stay, and was a buffet. Combine the great views and location, friendly helpful, knowledgeable staff and the superb accommodation what more can I say this is simply the best.

    Trip Saver

This hotel is a mile or so from city center so not walk-able, but there is a very efficient bus to take you downtown. If you want to be near downtown then you can stay at the Crown Plaza or the Rydges. We found the Heritage wonderful, huge bedrooms with unbelievable views from veranda out over the lake and looking right into the Remarkable mountains. Unfortunately i came down with a terrible cold just before we got to Queenstown so all of our plans had to be ditched as I was confined to my room. Without the views from the room and the size of our room our vacation would have been ruined, but we were able to enjoy sitting on the veranda and watching sunsets and boats and not hear noise from the city. It was truly a trip saver and I'm sure that as nice and convenient as the Crown Plaza is we would not have enjoyed staying there as much.
