The location was a short walk to the metro. Close to shopping. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
Great chinese lunch superb Dim Sum following with a smooth check in. Room was a little small but linens were. fresh & crisp , towels thick & white ; )
Fabulous five star lodging within the center of Plantation Street, Usually a superb place to be in - unwinding and within the heart of shopping heaven. I greatly cherish the location! I adore the security it gave us. We'll doubtlessly return. The reason of composing typically to compliment your lodging staff at gathering amid check-in as well as at takeoff (check-out) for their ponder benefit. Much appreciated to your staff for making it such a comfortable remain at your lodging. I was there for five days with my family and for all these days I was gone to with most extreme warmth. I was inspired to see the prompt room benefit in spite of the crest season. Each require was catered with most extreme flawlessness making us feel so important. I would like to compliment your staff for being so proficient. With grin on their faces, they have been truly exceptionally noteworthy in their benefit. And I would like to visit your lodging once more for this extraordinary experience.The area exceptionally simple to go any shopping shopping center.
I have never been so impressed with the service I have received. Concierge were amazing and Letchu deserves a medal! The hotel was great. I loved the place and especially the people. And the location even better! Will 100% be visiting again next time we visit family in Singapore. One of the nicest hotel in Orchard, Singapore. Truly High recommended for everyone. Thank you very much Grand Park Hotel for the nice stay cation. Had no issues checking in and checking out. The staff were always polite and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the room was nice. The staff were so great. The bathroom however was a bit small but nothing to really complain about. Breakfast was good. Hotel was in a good location on Orchard Road, close to all the main shops and close to the MRT. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and will stay again.
