the room that was assigned was a bit dissapointing compared to the photo and we couldn't change to higher level room but overall environment and service is good

I had a fairly well experience staying at Park Hotel Clarke Quay. I will definitely consider staying here again should I be visiting the city. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Location is very convenient, within a few minutes from Clarke Quay but also far enough away to avoid the noise.
