About Australian Outback Spectacular

Discover the legacy of the High Country Legends at the Australian Outback Spectacular, an action-packed show highlighting stories of bravery, courage and the true meaning of being Australian. The performance is accompanied by a live orchestra and unfolds in a traditional Aussie arena clad in heavy timber and topped with a corrugated iron roof.

You'll be transported to the snow-capped mountains of Australia's High Country, where you'll meet a colourful cast of characters. The show also features plenty of animal stars, including Australian horses and a clever border collie. Along the way you'll learn about their inspiring stories and dig into authentic Australian bush tucker, such as barbecue tenderloin beef steak and Kakadu plum sauce.

Arrive early and make the most of the pre-show entertainment. You can sip ice-cold beer in the Australian-themed bar, enjoy outback-inspired shopping in the Ringers Western gift store or snap photos with "True Blue" stockmen and women.

Getting there

The Australian Outback Spectacular is a 20-minute drive north of Surfers Paradise and 45 minutes south of Brisbane. A combination of local buses and light rail trains provide transport to the area in just over one hour.
