right from checkin our experience was great. our hostess was incredibly friendly and made us very comfortable. we were given a respectable amount of attention the entire time, and if we needed anything service was quick. the room itself was clean and beautiful, we were lucky enough to score ourselves a corner room that overlooked the city. buffet breakfast was also delicious and well catered to. o...

Did have a bit of a wait at check- in and out, did not notice Auto check out until too late. Beautiful rooms and comfy beds.

overall good.However, asked for towels on my last night, and did not get any after an hour despite them calling me back to check if I had received towels ( and I told them I had not received them). I ended up cancelling the request.
