everything was perfect
The Star service was impeccable, with helping the four of us settle in. Arriving at 6.00 Am on their doorstep they still gave us the apartment early well before our scheduled checkin time. Whilst the hotel is undergoing some minor improvements they were exceptional with trying to accommodate us, so this would not to impact on our week long stay. They were very kind and upgraded to a suite with incredible harbour and bridge views. I would highly recommend the Star hotel / apartments. It is all about their friendliness and understanding. This is why when we are in Sydney we choose to stay with them and have now done so over the last 15 years.
Everything was fantastic but could not use our beautiful balcony attached to our apartment as from 5pm a massive party started in the a joining Balcony of the apartment next to us ,
It was good but as it was my birthday and I had decided to spoil myself by staying in a hotel for the night. It would of been nice to have been offered a room with a view of the city/harbour or a upgrade or a complementary breakfast,drinks, meal or something to make the stay memorable. All they gave me was a little fruit platter of 4piece of watermelon&honeydew, half a fig, 2strawberries, a little pile of grapes. I wasn't impressed with that at all.
Great hotel and location!
Was a bit disappointed as there was no Green Tea provided in the room. I suggest you have some as a lot of Asian customers come to your hotel.
