Wuchi District is a lively enclave where centuries-old temples stand alongside modern malls. Wu Chi Old Street is lined with some of the last remaining Qing dynasty buildings in the city. While most were destroyed during an earthquake in the 1930s, Wu Chi Old Street remains intact. Several of the buildings have been reimagined as atmospheric cafes where you can enjoy green tea and traditional bean curd pudding.
