all the staff were very welcoming, we had to book for one night as our flights were cancelled. they hold our bags for us before checking and everything went smoothly.

Easy going & friendly staff always makes a stay alot better & thats just what they delivered. the rooms are nothing to fancy but its perfect if you just need a place to stay whilst visiting the goldcoast or on any temporary trip. The rooms are clean & affordable & the location is is perfect if you want to change it up with a hinterland & riverview after being at the beach at the end of the day. I stayed there twice in one month.
