Do Not Stay Here! !

Avoid this place at all cost (literally and figuratively). I am astounded as to how this place has a 4.5 star rating. we stayed seven nights here is May 2018. The rooms have a musty, mouldy smell. the bathrooms are filthy! The bed linen is threadbare and the bath towels had a most unpleasant smell. The overall cost is outrageously overpriced, the staff seem disgruntled and the quality of the food appalling. Tiles were falling off the side of the pool, most of the snorkeling gear was broken and the beach front was not a beach but a concrete slab! please, please, please heed my advice and find somewhere else to stay. Almost all of the other guests we met felt the same way.

Coral Coast Adventure

The location of the hotel is on the beach of the Coral Coast with the most beautiful and stunning view that You will probably enjoy. All rooms have big terrace and free WiFi access, which is reliable and fast. Also all room have air conditioning, safe boxes,mini bar fridges, tea & coffee machines, turn down service, TV sets, hair dryers and message pads. Hotel has 5 restaurants and 7 bars, so You wont have to worry if You are hungry. You can take Your meal anywhere You want. The stuff is very friendly and helpful in most of the cases. Hotel also has big conference room and space available for local weddings that are very interesting to watch. For kids there is a special Kids Corner where children can play and eat. There will be always someone who will watch for the children if You want more time for yourself. Hotel provides many interesting services such as kayak, diving, wind surfing, scuba diving and fishing. There are also several golf and tennis courts and gyms. For those who want to explore Coral Coast, hotel offers interesting trips such as Sigatoka River Safari, Off Road Cave Safari, Robinson Crusoe Island Day Tour, Rivers Fiji, Free Dive Fiji, Coastal Inland Tours or Kula Eco Park. With extraordinary nature and many interesting services hotel represents one of the best places for vacation for all generations. Protecting the area around the beach should be on of the priorities for this hotel. Sometimes it is very exposed and in the afternoon the winds make snorkelling and boating pretty uncomfortable. If You want to visit places around the hotel sometimes You will have to be very patient, because it takes time for bus to come and pick passengers. Although stuff is very friendly, they are sometimes very slow in providing services, so again You will have to be a patient.

This place ruined our holiday

Dear ' The Warwick Fiji' Unfortunately I write this review having had a very bad experience at your resort. We were booked in to stay at your resort for 5 nights ( 24th March - 29th March ) and after the first night were requesting a refund so we could leave. ( in which no refund was given even though we had no choice but to leave to save our holiday ) When we got to your resort and given our room the first thing that hit us was the terrible smell worse than being next to a wet dog. Once we got to our room we were blessed with a leaking drain pipe in our bathroom, A smell of urine and a quality of room that I wouldn't expect at a 3 star resort. To top it off being a single couple outside the family pool area is enough to turn us off having kids. Moving into a new room we didn't get much better. This resort is seriously tired and needs urgent repairs. The bathrooms are disgusting. Once in the room with our invisible wet dog, it wasn't long till we had condensation dripping off the ceiling and running down the walls. Cleaners were constantly cleaning the condensation up in the hallways. Now I understand it was the end of the wet season. But this resort is poorly designed to deal with it. The food was terrible. I doubt there was a qualified chef in the resort. Prawn pizza didn't even have fresh prawns, garlic bread was well below par. Breakfast was extremely poor. I do not appreciate paying reasonable money to have to eat re-heated bacon from the previous morning. You couldn't chew it and couldn't even get a fork into it. One thing we did notice was the number of guests with the look of displeasure on their faces. So if you are reading this review please take this warning. I am not scorned. I am just disgusted how this place can come even close to 4 star. We stayed in other resorts at 4.5 start rating and they left 'The Warwick' for dead. At The Warwick you are isolated.
