Not so happy that the pool toom booked was undergoing 'refurbishment, so I was relocated to the 21st floor, good for some but I prefer being at ground level.

I found the bed difficult to get into. At my age it's difficult to have to crawl over the bed and drop to the floor... and dangerous also.......I want a bed on the floor....not on an elevated landing
