great place but location is not exactly convenient
Electricity down throughout the night. no air-con, no lights, broken bathtub. contacted the receptionist in the morning, room is not fixed. Decided to check out in the early morning. Photos are outdated. most rooms are worn out and old.
great hotel. good breakfast spread. near shopping malls, mosque and night market
Overall - ok. customer serviice staff were great (the counter staff & also the staff who served the welcome drinks). Good service but not the breakfast. Average only. Can be improved by having more varieties and more appealing choices.
