I would really like to thank the trainees Ali and Abrar at the reception for their great courtesy and smiling faces.. they ought to be even promoted . Ali and Rana the cleaning staff.. amazing . Kareem the concierge.. such a lovely young gentleman. I spent the most wonderful days of my life in Alexandria because of u guys . Can’t thank u enough . I will definitely come back to u . My name is Lina , I was at room 307 of Om Kalthoum by the way .
