    Needs improvement

Hotel location is convenient, th airport limousine stops right in front of this hotel so it's good especially if it's your first time in Tokyo. There were also a lot of food courts, convenient stores, and restaurants near the hotel. There was a aquarium, bowling alley and cinema in the hotel so you have a lot of options for entertainment. Shopping mall is just across the street. Free shuttle bus to nearby Onsen as well. Room was spacious in Tokyo standards. Limited facilities or gadgets in the room, and to be honest the hotel could use a huge improvement on housekeeping.

    Good Stay!

The rooms are spacious, great facilities, kettle, safe, mirror, hairdryer and desk but also housekeeping done a great job everyday. This is a massive plus for me and I have to mention it, the hotel gave us a dedicated mobile phone to use while staying at the hotel! This is amazing customer service and coming from the UK with the cost of roaming rates and WiFi devices it helped us so much and made it so easy to get around. Also, there was a multi charge port for all types of phones, great to see, no universal adapter needed here.

    Near Shinagawa Station

It is very close to the JR Shinagawa station, but that is on the JR line, we stayed up in Shinjuku after here so we could avoid paying extra for JR tickets and just buy a daily Tokyo transit ticket. Breakfast at the buffet in the lobby is quite impressive with many choices. Love all of the facilities in the hotel and the location is ridiculously convenient. This is a big hotel with lots of people thronging its public area. There was a long queue to store our luggage before check in time. We queued for at least 15 min. Same thing happened when we tried to check in at 4 pm. We were in the queue for more than 15 minutes.
