Room is not well cleaned. Bed sheets with blood spots even HK didnt change bed sheets till we took them off & put them in batbtub. Small flies in bathroom. Loose towel hanger. Bathroom lamp make sound when u turned it on. Towels in very bad condition with spots. Tea kettle upon request. Most of TV channels were not working even Eng. technician came to check it. No welcome/ smile from receptionist upon our arrival. Hotel management dont care or inspect the rooms. Internet with charge 10 dirham for one hr, 20 dirham for 2 hrs. No free WiFi in the lobby. I asked for Wakeup call at 4 am on our departure day, receptionist was in hurry not listening and at the end no one woke us up (what if we could miss our flight??). Location near to Al Rigga Metro station 3 min walking & many supermarkets 2 min walking, bazaars & shops. I dont recommend this hotel.
