the service was bad. from day one to the day we left the air conditioner was not working and they didn't fix it. the outsid was great weather and our room was hot I requested many times a day that it get fix or at least change the room and they didn't. the bedside lamp was not working from the first night and everyday I was requesting it to be fixed but noooooo. no one would do anything. the front office staff ignores the calls and the requests.
