My room wasn’t ready at 3pm when I went to check in. I w stayed 5 days and the room wasn’t services- no clean towels or bins emptied. The room description had microwave but there wasn’t one in the room. When I told reception he said I could go into their house and use theirs. Nice offer but a bit uncomfortable
