Accommodation was below average, with bugs throughout the bathroom, hair all over the bathroom floor. Beds were like lying on bricks and when we asked for extra blankets for our kids we didn't receive them. kids facilities were good.

The kids absolutely loved the water park and the free activities throughout the day. Easy access to the tram and other public transport. Food and drinks available onsite made our stay a lot easier.

We picked this place more so of location, it was fine, the facilities for kids are fantastic, however the rooms are very dated, and run down, they are in need of a upgrade.

If you are going to stay for a few days with a young family this place offers a lot of children's activities within the facility. Unfortunately the resort needs a lot of updating & as a result really lacks compared to other places in the area! The rooms are very plain & simple and our air-conditioner did not work correctly. Although the staff were very helpful & friendly about this situation we were not offered an exchange room nor a discount?
