The staff are friendly and helpful. Special credit to Mr. Cha Kyeong Jin at the concierge who gave me plenty of information about where to eat and sightseeing tips. My room was on 8th Floor facing the city. Early in the morning, there was continuous loud horns which resembled the sirens of the ship that I found a bit disturbing. The hot springs are very nice! But it will be much better if it can close just one hour later as I needed to rush back to hotel every night after dining out or returning from a day tour to enjoy it.
