wonderful checkin friendly and helpful getting us aquainted with the place valet driver took us in our car showed us room got us ice and made sure we were comfortable before leaving us to enjoy the beautiful view. downhill from there. ice machine broke and repeated calls to front went unanswered never received my ice. beware of the valet charge. 34 dollars a day to park was never disclosed
