The staff was not nice or helpfull during check in. The air conditioning system is dead. It just produces noise but there is no cooling. The street in the front of the hotel gets very noisy so it is hard to sleep with window open (but the aircon is dead)

good location close to u-Bahn. close to shops, amenities and pubs. the hotel was spotless. the staff were very good. the only downside was that on checking out, I was asked if I had drunk the bottle of water in the room: which I had. I was told I had to pay for it. it was not stated that the water was not complimentary. otherwise it was very good.
