It was OK. We have stayed here previously and the hotel needs a litte TLC. We stayed in room 627. The shower bathroom floor is damaged, the sliding glass door was extremely hard to open since it came of the tracks and the room telephone was hard to dial since the numbers and service numbers are eligible. The guest elevators were broken and we were forced to use the service elevators the first day of our arrival. Further, the ticket machine in the garage was also broken causing a long line to get in and out of the garage. Although the pool area is very nice, it lacks any kind of music. Therefore, guests bring their own music which got extremely loud and out of control when we were there. Finally, the lobby bar while quite lovely was extremely over priced as was the breakfast buffet which charged $25.00 per person. Had the prices been a little more reasonable we would have spent more time and money in the hotel itself as opposed to going out for breakfast everyday. I doubt we will stay here again until changes have been made.
