the front desk attitude was rude and poor. he bluntly told that I did not request for a double bed when I made the booking and didn’t feel apologetic but talked like a voice machine. he claimed to have upgraded the room but was in fact a very small single bed room (less than 190sq ft) I wonder what the upgrade it was.
