kids love the hotel and the hotel facility was acceptable as a 3 star hotel. The service itself however was unacceptable and would be the main reason I would not recommend to anyone. The staffs were not helpful and not bothered for any requests. This occurred several times during our stay from check in, breakfast, checkout.
