Bad choice of hotel :( We were not expecting something spectacular, and we are not very picky, but this hotel experience was NOT god. Lobby and restaurant are ok, but rooms are not modern and noisy. Bathroom was not super clean. We had no air-condition, so it was very hot inside, tv was very small, internet connection was very bad. We had problems to call taxy by internet. There was no hot water every day in the morning and nobody refilled the shampoo, it was always empty... One day we didnt have out breakfast, because we were told on reception that breakfast is from 7 to 11 in the morning and when we came a little after 10, it was already over. It turned out, that breakfast was until 11 only on weekends, on working days it ends earlier. Although it was a mistake of reception, nobody helped us. Overall, staff work was bad. When we asked for ice at reception, they told us it was impossible. When we asked for bottle opened for couple of minutes at the lobby bar, they also refused and didnt suggest any help. When we asked for the bottle opener at reception, the girl on reception suggested us to USE FIRE TO OPEN THE BOTTLE! WE COULD LEARN THAT ON YOUTUBE - she said. Frankly, we were offended by this kind of service and just waited to move out from this place. This story was particularly sad because we had an important day - my partner proposed to me and we wanted to celebrate it with the glass of a special wine that we brought with us. Finally, we had to go to the 24h convenience store and BUY A BOTTLE OPENER!!! To conclude, dont choose this hotel if you dont want to ruin your stay in Vilnius.
