very clean, great location, free breakfast and coffer&tea all day but little too simple breakfast. overall I would revisit this hotel. :)
New and clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Free bathroom amenities. 3 min walk to local train and 15 min travel to main Kyoto JR train and local metro station. Affordable eateries and convinience shops around hotel. Fair price. Nice and helpfull staf. Only negative that staf not only do not speak english but do not know what to see, how to get to,and etc in Kyoto. And do not forget that breakfast , it is very very very simple.
