I liked everything,clean , very friendly and helpful staff , great room service, pool area was really nice our room was very good for the price I can’t fault the Harper
friendly staff, good room service, safe environment with guards screening people and vehicles ins and outs, also advising us beware of pickpocket and scams especially at night. Overall this is a great choice for those who love its central location to nightlife, shopping, dining and massage. Kuta Beach is only 15minutes walk away via either Jl Popies 1 or 2. The only downside of this hotel is its size. Being a boutique hotel, swimming pool and room size are relatively small.
