Small rooms and very old. Needs renovation.
my best friend and I visited NYC with our two 12 year old daughters for a couple of days. I was so impressed with the hotel and staff. they gave us both an early and late check in/out time. they held our bags while we were out and already checked out as we had a late bus leaving. they were quick with all services. the hotel staff were very personal and recognized each one of us as a guest. the staff were completely patient with our daughters as well who ordered wake up calls and went to the front desk several times for various small needs. the rooms were small and would not be accommodating to 4 for a week but for 2 days it was completely appropriate and doable. the beds and pillows were comfy. the room was clean albeit a bit drafty but in all fairness it was -2 degrees out. and we weren’t cold in the room at all.
