Very nice hotel right on the beach. Fantastic staff, eager to help and always smiling. Our room was lovely, big bathroom, big comfy bed, one of the best rooms that we have stayed in. Breakfast very good with great choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Room was beautiful, but the musty smell in it almost overpowering,even clothes not worn in bali needed washing on return to get smell out as it permeated everything.Pool area very crowded, and snack food limited. Roof top bar- free only for central seating area- where tiny tables awkard to eat meal from couch., got a pod the 2nd night but there is a minimum payment required to spend,when booking t...

The room was below the room area and bar. The noise from the music in the bar area and vibrations were annoying. This coupled with the music from the bars on the beach made the experience unpleasant in the evening. Quality of the towels and replacement of bathroom essentials dropped off towards the end of the stay. Fair view from balcony though the large tree did block a significant part of it.

Great location with wonderful staff. it's unfortunate that the roof top bar has no soul. Beautiful space that just doesn't seem to know what to do. Currently 80/90's.. way off mark. Music too loud with no atmosphere. Also the Italian restaurant is a little too exensive for what it is. $30 Schnitzel without any accompaniment is a little much, and looked a little uninviting.
