The breakfast was adequate but you could serve sparkling wine with the breakfast like other hotel charging the same price or less in the area offer, also a heated swimming pool or hot tub would be great and a steam room would enhance the Finnish sauna. your pillows need rethinking, (hopeless, terrible, shocking) and do not offer any neck support, had to request more pillows, also we booked a room with 2 double beds but received 2 twin beds, (Not doubles) A REAL KING SIZE BED by international standards is 183 cm yours are short by at least 3 cm and the 2 twin beds separated are too small. Our first room was not ready upon check in, so we had to wait, when we finally got our room it was an icebox (cold) one of your engineers advised us all was fine and that the room should be warm within 30 minutes of inserting our card into the slot or we could request a portable heater, we fell asleep and woke up the next morning freezing, after another closer inspection were advised by your engineer that the ac was unable to be fixed, inoperable so we had to pack up our bags and change rooms (another inconvenience). Also your housekeeping staff did not provide, coffee or teas, left only 2 tissues in the Kleenex box and less than half a roll of toilet paper and did not replace any amenities ae: shower caps, cotton buds etc.only after complaining to the front desk they replaced the amenities with 4 sewing kits? WTH finally your housekeeping staff should practice better personal hygiene, they stink, and don’t use deodorant, stink up room whilst they clean it, so when you walk in after they clean the whole room stinks like a barn yard pig stye, not good 😷 I hope this helps , good luck
