we had a lovely room lasttime we stayed andwas on ground floor,compleatly enjyed ouur stay there will use them again

staff were fabulous very accomodating food was excellent as well
1 nearest underground station was under construction, lost, needed to use lots of time to find the hotel. 2 found a strange hair in my bed 3 no one served me during breakfast 4 a bit over priced, 80 pounds can find a better place to live near Hyde Park, wheresoever.
