There was a problem with our booking (not of the hotels making) but we were made to wait seven hours in the hotel lobby while it was sorted out and not allowed to go to our room. During this period we had to frequently ask what was happening as the reception staff didn't bother to tell us. We would have left and gone to another hotel except the hotel wifi was down so we couldn't book elsewhere; and the hotel wifi remained out for the full two days we were there. Not happy!
