Location is very convenient, close by to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, but far enough away from the crowd so it’s not too noisy. There is Family Mart does Lawson just across the street. Hotel renovation is very new (one of the newest looking in the area), and overall very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again.
