We have an unresolved issue with Getaroom who have our money but have yet to pay Bali Dynasty for our stay. This naturally reflects extremely poorly on Getaroom and in turn damages Hotels Combine's reputation. Worst of all is that we have been Dynasty guest's many times over two decades and we feel that we have let them down because of Getaroom! Two weeks of email correspondence to and from ourselves with you, Getaroom and Kayak have been far from professionally dealt with in resolving this matter.
The pool facilities were really handy to have on hand in the resort, water slide & mini water playground all in the junior pool area. Happy hour @ 12 & 5pm provided great value for money on cocktails & refreshments. The Movie nights from 6-9pm in the kids club, together with babysitting services gave us parents a chance to head out and explore the nightlife a little, all in close proximity of the resort, even if we ventured a little further the Taxi's were very cheap. I disliked the location of our room, located at the very front of the resort top floor, a fair way from the main pool restaurant/bar areas. Next visit I'll be sure to request/book a pool side room!!
