Parking for one vehicle is directly outside the cottage inside the fence. Guest Access: Please note that the cottage shares the property with the owners home closely behind, but the spaces (except for parking area) are separate. The Neighborhood: Located in a lovely residential area, with a local park just a few steps away. Bring the kayak or SUP and be at the lake in minutes. Golfers can pop to the Hamurana course located 10mins from the house, while bikers can quickly reach a number of fantastic trails. Jump in the car and be at the Rotorua waterfront in 10 minutes for lunch, brunch or some shopping. There are also small village shops including a café around the corner, and a local grocery store within walking distance.

This lakeside lodge offers a cozy and fully self-contained accommodation with two double bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and access to the Ngongotaha Lakefront Reserve through pathway on the left side of the property, please take a walk along the Reserve.
