About Grand Canyon National Park

One of the most instantly-recognisable landmarks in the United States, the Grand Canyon is a truly staggering creation that rarely fails to stun those who visit in person. This vast system of canyons and rivers stretches over 442 kilometres long and offers more than just its scenic views, such as white-water rafting and hiking excursions.

One of the best spots to experience the beauty of the Grand Canyon, the South Rim is where you’ll find the most comprehensive views. Alternatively, you can make your way to the North Rim for a more serene experience or climb to the highest vantage point at Point Imperial. You’ll find hundreds of hiking trails of varying difficulty levels to get an up-close experience of the canyon, while thrill seekers will want to take a bird’s-eye view on a helicopter tour.
