LikedBreakfast was lovely! Pool is heated. I can’t say anything about the rest of the facilities as I didn’t get a chance to use them. Close to town hall and darling harbour and QVB. Lots of options for eating out and shopping.
DislikedIt was good wish I stayed longer than one night. I wished the pool stayed open longer than 10pm because the view at night was amazing

LikedLocation was perfect, everything was easily accessible. Great food in the hotel and locally. Darling Harbour only moments away. Great shopping close by.
DislikedQuality of the pillows and the single beds moved and not the best comfort level. Slept okayish . We would question the bedding for another stay. Also regular coffee not pods or decaf would be nice.

LikedThe staff were absolutely amazing. Sami at the front desk was terrific . The room was exceptional and the cleanliness was on point. All the staff at the cafe were beautifully polite and the food was delicious
