Mercure Sydney Blacktown

LikedFantastic employees, There was an underground car park next door where I parked my road bike for free when visiting for the ASBK at SMSP, which was an easy, short trip from the Mercure.

DislikedI'm not sure I was allowed in the underground car park as its signage was for "Guests of the workers club." however I was not leaving my bike in the open car park next to McDonald's as available to cars.

DislikedWhat I didn’t like when I arrived there the room wasn’t reserved for me. I needed a double bed. Finally find me reserve list didn’t offer anything. They just said there’s three single bits you like it or not what I’m having I asked him if I can get a credit for a discount voucher that was no. I was disappointed with the service the room and the bed. I will not ever use the hotel again nor will I recommended to anyone else.

LikedIt was not great to stay at.

DislikedRoom was too humid.
