DislikedThere was no parking available, after specifically putting car parking in my search engine. We had to park our car opposite the hotel and it ended up costing us nearly $50 extra with us going out a few times. We also specifically asked for a queen bed at the time of booking. When arriving at our room, there were single beds only. We contacted reception and they said they would send a person up to make our bed larger. The issue then was 2 beds joined. That is still not a queen bed. It is also uncomfortable for a couple to sleep with a big divide in the bed. Certainly not something we want for ourselves. We stay in motels regularly and would not have booked this room if we had of known this would be the case. The person who came to do the room took a considerable amount of time to come up to our room. We were waiting around and wanted to head out to a social occasion. Just small things perhaps, hut a bit disappointing for me on my birthday.
