LikedThe location was great
DislikedThey were very strict and we were turned away at first due to having out of date photo id. Noise travels alot in hotel rooms we got a noise complaint cos my daughter laughed. The location is good for getting where you need to go. Also the TV's are set to a low volume and you can't hear them.

LikedGreat location and friendly staff.
DislikedRooms were pretty dated and a little tatty. Could do with a refresh, but for the price, the value seemed ok.

DislikedCard didn’t work to get up the lift and into the room which was frustrating. I also wanted to take my breakfast to my room and wasn’t allowed.
